Apple has introduced a replacement program for AirPods Pro units manufactured prior to October 2020. If you’ve made a purchase of AirPods Pro and are encountering issues such as static sounds or non-responsive active noise cancellation, both Apple and Apple Authorized Service providers are now offering free replacements for the affected AirPods Pro (either left, right, or both)! It’s important to note that this program excludes the AirPods Pro case, as it remains unaffected by these issues. For additional information, please check here.
Please keep in mind that this worldwide Apple program does not extend the standard warranty coverage for AirPods Pro. No other models of AirPods are included in this initiative.
