Sam’s Club: Free Health Screening – July 9th

You can take charge of your health with a free health screening at Sam’s Club on July 9th from 11am to 4pm. No membership is required. Tests include glucose, total cholesterol, HDL, risk raio, blood pressure, body fat percentage and vision and hearing testing/screening.
