You can get a free health screening at a Sam’s Club even if you aren’t a member. Just head in for a free quarterly health screenings from 11 am to 4 pm on the second Saturdays in January, April, July and October. The screenings include blood pressure, body fat percentage, blood glucose, cholesterol, risk ratio, and vision and hearing. Screenings are only available at clubs with a Pharmacy.
