Entries for this sweepstakes can be submitted online at the official Mustang 5.0 Fever website or in person at select events such as 2026 NASCAR, NHRA, IMSA, Formula Drift, or other Mustang enthusiast gatherings using provided tablets. For those who prefer a more traditional approach, mailing in an entry is also permissible by sending a hand-printed card with personal contact information to the sweepstakes PO box. Participants are limited to one entry per person during the promotion period from January 16, 2026, to December 18, 2026.
