The Twin Peaks Dos Million Bracket Challenge offers basketball fans the chance to win a $2 million grand prize, distributed as a 40-year annuity. To claim the top prize, an entrant must achieve a perfect bracket, correctly selecting the winners of all 63 tournament games in the 2026 men’s college basketball championship.
Eligible participants may register online between February 13 and March 19, 2026, by completing the official online registration form and creating a username. Once the tournament field is revealed on March 15, contestants must submit their finalized bracket by March 19 at 12:00 PM ET, along with a championship game total points tie-breaker. Scoring is based on one point per correct prediction. Alongside the annuity prize, each participating Twin Peaks location will award a $50 electronic gift card to its highest-scoring entrant.
