To complete an entry, visitors must follow the provided steps on the website. Each individual is permitted only one entry for the duration of the sweepstakes. Alternatively, an entry can be submitted via mail on a 3×5 index card to Devils Arena Entertainment LLC. This mailed entry must include the participant's name and will be counted as one entry for the entirety of the sweepstakes.
Throughout the event, two random winners will be selected each month to receive autographed pucks valued at $150 each. The ultimate grand prize winner will be determined from all entries at the conclusion of the sweepstakes.
